Until the 1990’s, most clinical medical research in the United States concentrated on men.  Northwell’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health is a network of experts uniquely focused on women’s healthcare.  In this spot, filmed, edited, and finished entirely in Cape Town, South Africa, these iconic sculptures of women with missing body parts represent the incomplete healthcare women have received over the years.  Northwell’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health is dedicated to changing this.
